This is V12, a collection of routines I've put together for developing
programs employing screen mode 12 in either Quick Basic or DOS Visual
Basic.  The libraries included in this file were made for DOS VB, if
you use Quick Basic, you will need to build new libraries from the source
code provided.

All the routines contained herein are public domain, you are free to do
with them as you like, I take no responsibility for the results.

I will, however, be happy to help you make use of the code.  If you have
